This weekend is both a stand-alone programme in learning the basics of Meditation, Relaxation & Mindful Awareness. It is a qualifier event for our Dublin Dru Meditation Teacher Training course starting later in 2014. Join us for one or two days – we make meditation easy!

This weekend is led by  Paulette Agnew, Director of Dru Ireland and senior tutor.  Paulette has been teaching and practicing meditation, Dru Yoga and the art of ancient spiritual practices for self development for over 28 years.  This is the first time this worldwide acclaimed programme is being held in Dublin/Eire.  The introductory weekend is a fun and informative meditation, relaxation and mindful awareness retreat.

  • Take charge of your thoughts and build concentration.
  • Understand emotional intelligence and release past hurts.
  • Gain insights into the 5 layers of meditation (koshas)

  • Dru Yoga sequences and Prana Kriyas to build internal shakti.

For those wishing to go deeper and would like to join the forthcoming Meditation Training Programme and Teacher Training Course, this weekend is an essential foundation module.  The practices this weekend must be done before the November course begins.  Applications for the Dru Meditation training course are now being taken by email.
